Visiting Bus Registration Form

NOTE: SUBMISSIONS DUE BY SEPTEMBER 6, 2024.

By submitting your registration form below, you are agreeing to the following rules and regulations for visiting buses:

  1. All visiting buses must be properly registered and insured.

  2. Visiting buses are not to operate faster than 5 mph while on the church premises.

  3. Visiting buses cannot have excess fluid leaks (oil, coolant, hydraulic, etc.).

  4. Drivers are to be back in their buses no later than 2:15 PM, to prepare for the parade and departure.

  5. When exiting the church, we ask that you kindly refrain from making U-turns on Route 9 and coming back. The police department helping with traffic flow is a courtesy. Anyone observed this year doing that again will not be permitted with their bus in future shows.

  6. The FNJTHC Event Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any visiting bus without reason.
